Booking and confirmation
A booking is only binding once the customer has received written confirmation from the company. The times and addresses provided must be correct at the time of booking.

Prices and payment
All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made no later than at the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and changes
Cancellations must be made no later than [e.g., 24/48] hours before the agreed pick-up time. For later cancellations, the company reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the trip price. Changes to a booking may result in a price adjustment.

Waiting time
Any waiting time beyond the agreed time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate. The driver will wait a maximum of [e.g., 15–30] minutes unless otherwise agreed.

Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or the customer’s guests. Smoking, e-cigarettes, and illegal substances are not permitted in the vehicle.

Alcohol and conduct
The company reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund in the event of unacceptable, threatening, or illegal behavior.

Delays and force majeure
The company cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Limitation of liability
The company is not responsible for forgotten or left-behind items in the vehicle but will attempt to assist in recovering them.

Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted in writing no later than [e.g., 7] days after the trip.

Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.
